Refund Policy

Because HabitPhase sells digital products (downloadable spreadsheets), all sales are final. Once a product is delivered, we cannot issue a refund since the file has already been accessed.

Exceptions:

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged twice for the same product
  • You did not receive the download link within 24 hours of purchase
  • The file is corrupted or unopenable and we cannot provide a working replacement

How to request a refund:

Email us at contact@habitphase.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
